Your health is important to us. Your family, your occupation, your hobbies, your preferences, your mental health, your medical conditions and so much more are all incorporated into your unique plan.

Your Family

The support of family and friends is a huge factor in the success or failure in a healthy lifestyle. Research shows that children growing up in a household where their parents live a healthy lifestyle are far more likely to carry healthy habits into adulthood. Unfortunately, the reverse is also true. Encouraging and supportive family members are helpful, but not required and we help insure you have the support you need at home and beyond.

Your Hobbies

Finding new hobbies, bringing back old ones, and keeping current ones are incredibly important. We prioritize quality time for your self as well as with your support group to keep life joyful and valuable.

Your Occupation

The average work week is 40 hours; that's quite a bit of time! Sedentary work, active work, or labor intensive work can all positively or negatively impact health and well being. Diving into how the majority of your time is spent during the day is impacting your health is incredibly important. We help make sure we use your time in the most efficient ways.  

Your Mental Health

Mind and body are connected - a healthy mind is a catalyst for a healthy body and vice-versa! We collaborate with your primary care doctor to discuss this connection and work with you and your care team for a holistic team approach.

Your Preferences

Some may prefer cardio vs weight training therapy - some like gentle encouragement others strict accountability - maybe calorie counting is helpful, maybe it bores you. Our advisors are experienced and we do our best to be what you need, when you need it. 

Your Physical Health

Of course we spend most of our time here, diving into all the aspects surrounding and impacting mental health - past, present, and future. We hope to have consistent sessions to build trust, accountability, and sustainability to our mental health plans.
